Viewing Video from TV Tuner

Hello, I'm new to VLC. I have recently purchased a Dell Angel TV Tuner with RCA and S-video inputs. I'm trying to view the video but I'm not sure how to get VLC to see it, or any other software for that matter. I'm running Windows 7 on an HP.

As far as your tuner goes...looks like it dont support Win7...see this http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/a ... /intro.htm
Looks like it only works with XP MCE. Doesnt come with any softs other than driver.
I have a Hauppauge external tuner and it works great with its bundled softs. It comes with its own recording software called WinTV made by Hauppauge. But with VLC I get no audio...it is set up correctly, but no audio...video is fine tho. Good Luck.
