Can't watch .wmv movie

Hi,
I think VideoLan is a great idea and better than other software in video.
But for first time I can't watch some .wmv movie.
I can hear audio.
I got this:
main: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `WMV3'.
VLC probably does not support this sound or video form
Any help appreciated, thank you
