Refreshing Playlist on Play File

I have a Dell computer that runs video ads on a TV outside my office.
I create the video files and add them to a folder, and then select Play Folder and VLC plays all the ads I want in repeat.

I currently set the folder as shared between the other people in my offices, and they add other ads to the folder as well.
While the program is running and looping all of the ads(Let's say 3 ads), other members are adding more files to the folder that VLC is grabbing from
My question is:

Is there a way to have the playlist refresh after it has completed 1 loop?

So after playing the 3 movie file ads, from the 3 files in the folder, it checks to see if anyone added another file to the folder(lets say 2 more movies), and now plays all 5 movies in the folder.

There might be an easier way of doing this, so any suggestions would be very helpful.

The same goes for if I wanted to submit a movie from my home to the computer, so that while all the ads are playing, my movie will be added to the loop whithout me doing anything to the computer running VLC.
