how I install vlc in windows ?

After unpack I dont'n habe a install or setup file.
Only a nsi script file . But the nsi prompt don't anothing. What can I do with this file or how can I install vlc ?

In Linux work's fine ;-)

Are you sure you've unziped the complete archive and not just the NSI file?
Normally, it's not needed to run an install file...

and how does i make run when i´ve installed vls on windows? because in my computer when i want to run, it restarts the windows.
