AUDIO NOT CLEAR.......!

Hello all,
i have used the following instructions for a static file

new myChannel1 broadcast
setup myChannel1 option vvv
setup myChannel1 option I
setup myChannel1 option rc
setup myChannel1 input D:\main\personal\movies\Paying
setup myChannel1 output #transcode{venc=ffmpeg{keyint=2,idrint=2},vcodec=h264,vb=300,width=320,height=240,acodec=mp4a,ab=32,channels=2,samplerate=22050}
setup myChannel1 output #rtp{dst=<ip here>,port=22010,sdp=file://C:\Pass15.sdp}
setup myChannel1 enabled
control myChannel1 play


This generates me an sdp file which is playing well when tested from a normal vlc player.....

But when i try to access this from a mobile phone via Darwin streaming server the Audio doesnt do well...

experimented it with changeing venc=x264, acodec=mp3...etc etc..
anyone who has any idea please do share me...

Any help is highly appreciated....
