Embed Into Webpage To Play Audio

I have been trying to find some HTML code to allow the VLC plugin to play website audio in a player type interface one could stop, pause, play, etc. Is this possible?

I see quite a few websites so this using Windows Media Player or QuickTime.

I tried the code in the HTML example on the VLC manual/help webpage, but my result is always "Waiting For Video".

got the same trouble if u want to play audio just use shoutcast stream with vdj a mp3 file and embeed it into flash
