enhanced M4A-Podcast - no pictures

Hi,

Some podcasts (e.g.http://www.radio538.nl/clublife/podcast.xml) have a picture as "background" - You can see them, when you play it with QuickTime Player.
When i play such M4A-files, VLC (1.0.5 on Windows 7) doesn't show those pictures. Is there a plugin available, to show them - or do i have to change settings to show them?

btw, i have seen some people had the same problem (a view years back already) - on a Mac:

but there was also no solution for their problem
