Convert MP3 to TS audio file

Hi,

my name is Marcelo and I talk from Brazil
I would like to know how I could call the MP3 to TS conversion from command line?
I found code on web to do the opposite.
I had success doing that using the own VLC application, but I'm not sure how I could do it by command line, I'm trying to understand the documentation for this point but no success yet. Any help will be very welcome.
