default audio channel?

Postby urgetopurge » 21 Mar 2010 08:29

When i play this specific mp3 file through VLC, the audio channel is always set to "left" which is annoying. I would like this to be set to "stereo". Is there an option I can select to set stereo to the default audio channel?

also, is the audio channel of an mp3 imedded inside its meta file or just inside the mp3 itself?

thank you very much for any help.

Normally VLC selects stereo by default unless the preferences were altered.
