Select item from playlist by hotkey or commandline

So, right now i'm writing my first post on this forum.

I already searched a lot on the internet to find an answer to my question but haven't found it yet. Here it is, I'd like to select a specific stream from my playlist either by pressing a hotkey or by using the command line. All I could find was how to open either a playlist or a steam that isn't on a playlist, by using the commandline, but not how I can select one specific item from the list...

If someone knows, please let me know!
