I'm trying to bookmark a streaming audio link, but the problem is the hyperlink seems to load a URL, that then redirects to another URL, which is different every time you load it. And if I try to connect to the original link, it doesn't work for some reason. Can someone tell me why, and how I can bookmark the link somehow, so that it will connect to a random server just like the link does? Since I'm guessing maybe it picks based on server load. Or in case one of the servers is down.
The website is:
http://www.liveatc.net/feedindex.php?type=all-us
The link is the winamp link under "KBNA - Nashville, TN" (about 1/3 down the page)
VLC originally shows:
http://localhost:8011/kbna
But it changes to:
http://pdx.liveatc.net:80/kbna
http://lwm.liveatc.net:80/kbna
http://mtl2.liveatc.net:80/kbna
etc
Although occasionally, even using the hyperlink, it does sometimes not work and show:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://localhost:8011/kbna'. Check the log for details.
Also, is there no way to save a bookmark in VLC that's always there, without having to manually load a playlist each time?
