getting desktop steeming with 0.2 fps ?

is it possible to set frame rate on streeming record from desktop lower then 1 fps. for example 0.2 fps (=1 frame per 5 seconds).
I use the wizard option and not the command scripting.

No. This is fixed in VLC 1.1.
