.avi file works with Windows Media Player, but no sound with

Hi,
I have 2 .avi files that works fine with Windows Media Player, but there is no sound when I open them with VLC 1.0.1
the other .avi files work great with VLC. I checked the settings in VLC, and they are the sames.

What does MediaInfo say about this file ?
Please post the messages log with verbosity set to 2.
Can you upload a short sample on Megaupload or Rapidshare or any other similar site ?
