How to pull a video stream into VLC Media Player, then embed

I have a webcam video stream located here (user:guest, pass:guest):http://69.66.205.243:81/

I would like to pull the live stream INTO VLC media player. I've followed all the directions in online manuals, but the feed won't show. Has anyone had success in doing this, and if so, what were your steps?

Also, does anyone have any suggestion of other ways to embed this stream in a way that users won't have to log in to view?
