TV Tuner:sound OK on the server, but not streaming to client

I'm trying to stream tv channels from my tuner to the other computer in my network.
I use Win XP SP2.
My tuner is Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe.
Line In is selected for recording.
VLC is version 0.7.2 (the latest versions restart my windows when trying to open the capture card).

Please give me a hint if you know how this might be solved.

I seem to have solved the problem.

It has something to do with the selecting of the audio input.
You have to choose your sound card and not "Default".
