VLC to Livestream + Multiple Streams

Hello. I am very new here, but I have to ask some questions. First off, we are streaming 48-72 hours of gaming for charity. There are multiple people playing.

Can VLC handle input from multiple PCs (over the 'net) if we run one PC as the server?
If this can happen, to stream multiple people onto Livestream, all the host has to do is start Livestream from his PC so we can view the multiple streams at once? Basically, there will be 4-6 people playing at once or at different times, so we want to make sure this works!

I understand this is not the place for Livestream questions, but I hope you understand the premise of the questions and what we are trying to do: something good for people who need it. I want to thank you all in advance.
