How do I install Hebrew in VLC?

I'm new here. Can anyone please help me with installation instruction for Hebrew in VLC.

I downlaoded the fribidi ffile and don't know what to do and how to use it.

If you are compiling vlc all by yourself then you need to tell configure about freebidi, then everything else should be automatic
