Can't Navigate some parts on Band of Brothers DVD

I go to Part 1,
Click Field Guide
Clck Glossary
Click Full List
You then arrive to the screen as shown in the assigned screenshot. I can click the entries that are on the middle of the screen:

AGL
AP Mine
.
.
.
Assault

But I can't go to other letter sections:

B
C
D-E
F-G
H-K
L-Z

I'm using VLC Media Player 1.0.2 Goldeneye in Ubuntu Linux 9.10.
