What is the scrobbler URL for Last.fm?

In your VLC player select the "Tools" drop down menu at the top. Then click Audio and at the bottom there is a box to check to enable last.fm submission, enter your username and password and youre good to go.

Tools -> Audio -> "Enable last.fm submission" (towards the bottom of the window) -> enter last.fm info
