subtitles transcoded in the video

Hi

I have some video clips recorded from a Teracue DVB-T blade. Containing video, audio and subtitle packets in transport stream.
The clips are playing fine in VLC player and activating subtitle gives me the subtitles.
I have to convert the clip from mpeg4-ts to mpeg2-ps format ready to burn on a dvd.
I tried to convert using convert/save coosing
encapsulation: mpeg-ps
video-codec: MPEG-2
audio-codec: MPEG Audio
Subtitles: DVB-subtitles or T.140 with and without 'Overlay subtitles on the video'.

Neither of it gives a clip containing subtitles in videostream og as a selectable subtitle.

In the original clip the subtitles are activated selecting 'DVB Subtitles - [Dansk]' and playing the converted clip you cant select a subtitle.
