My husband has been using VLC on dual screens with it designated to one. He moved his computer and now when he has more than one program open, he multitasks, VLC is hijacking the other programs. It will be a transparent playback over the other program. He is unable to watch VLC and do anything else. Anybody know what is happening?

Deactivate Overlay in video preferences.
