well, I have been having this problem lately. btw, im using the recent version there is at the moment. (1.0.2). It appears that I have problems reading some WMA. formats that in the VLC media player, it reads as WMAP as it's codec.
NOTE: not all wma. files does not work. ONLY the ones that read as codec WMAP. WMA2 codec DOES work.

EDIT: THIS PROBLEM IS NOW FIXED SINCE VER. 1.0.3 (stable version)
