AAC SBR+PS stream capture

Hi

My issue is this:

I can capture an http://AAC SBR+PS stream as a file with mux=mp4. I can listen to the http://AAC SBR+PS stream and the faad decoder is detected and does the right thing. I can play the file I captured with VLC and the faac decoder does the right thing. But it would seem that when I pass the stream to the transcode directive, the stream fed is the "pre-faad"-decoded stream, which looks like 22050 mono.

Is there a way to transcode an AAC SBR+PS stream? Am I missing something?
