was told i needed vlc but vid wont play
The video I downloaded when played in windows media player instructed me I needed to download the player so I did. Now that I have it downloaded it still wont play the video. I tested it on another file and it's working just fine. Is that video a fake or am I doing something wrong?

What kind of video is it? Mpeg? OMG? MKV?
Was it a torrent? If so, do a Force Re-Check. If not, vid may be fake.
