Basic Question: Changing source code

Postby FoxholeNorman » 28 Aug 2009 05:27

I posted a question a week ago and found out where to start making my changes to source (ts.c), but I tried by just changing some of the printed statements and the changes aren't reflected after I make the code. What am I doing wrong, since my changes aren't taking effect? If I get this working the plan is to set up the code to print some metadata in the transport stream.

Thanks,

Fox

Did you compile and replace the old ts plugin with the new one?

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you elaborate on how to do that?

Thanks
