Just downloaded the modern skin, which imitates winamp. I could not locate "Open location from clipboard" and the items following those on the media menu.
Are they missing? If not, where are they?
I know I've been asking a lot of questions in the last day or so. As a newbee to VLC I'm not yet comfortable with this program. I think it's a good one, but I keep comparing it with The KMPlayer, which I am quite used to and which has everything VLC has and more. KMPLayer has some licensing issues, so I am hoping VLC can replace it completely.

skins have less menus, that is why.

If the skin menus are incomplete, I don't understand how they can be used.

Open Location from clipboard is not mandatory to use VLC...
