RTP Payload Type for Speex encoded data

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Thanks for the answer but the question is:

"Which value of PayloadType into RTP header must I set in order to receive correctly data with VLC?"

I need to send data encoded in Speex Format to VLC.

The Speex payload format does not have a static payload type. You need to send an SDP which will match a payload type of your choice (usually 96) with the speex codec.

Ok. Thanks.

I'll use SDP as specified in RFC 5574.

Bye
