I am using VLC 0.9.9a on Mac OS X and have problems with last.fm scrobbling.
I am seeing songs I play show up twice in my last.fm profile thus are counted twice which is skewing my listen statistics. And all audioscrobbler message are doubled when I run VLC with verbosity 2.

With 1.0 on Mac OS X it is the same. I still see double entries. But they are not there for every song I play.
