plz help with osprey 240

hello,
i'm new to this forum and treaming with vlc, however i've had some experience with streaming from avermedia capture cards. My problem is my boss bought osprey 240 and he want's to stream conference meetings with it and i am unable to set it up.

I plug my camera to the card, setup the source to s-video and can see the video on my computer, however when i try to stream via udp with sap announce from the external device vlc says it can not transcode - no coder was found (thats with mpeg-ps and most options) or it says nothing (with some other options), but when i open my stream i get nothing .

Can someone please tell me how to stream video from an Osprey card with vlc?

Xp 32 bit, Ok i got it to work. But I'm unsatisfied with the latency. It's like 2 sec. And its becouse vlc is transcoding. I fought that the osprey has hardware implemented mpeg-2. Am i wrong? Can i somehow fix this or do i need a stronger pc?

Remove the transcoding part then!

The problem is i don't know how to do that There is no option to select and i don,t know how to disable it in the command line.

osprey240 doesn't have mpeg2 hardware encoding.
