controlling logging output

Postby michaeldjcox » 21 Apr 2009 15:30

I really want to be to get access to the content of the "New Title" debug messages but via the rc interface.

i.e. whats now playing

The rc interface doesn't allow access to this information though clearly the player has the information.

I could make vlc log to a file and scrape from there.

But the message only appears at maximum verbosity!

Is there any way of telling vlc only to log messages from the http_access module?

Thanks,

Michael

The logger module can log to a file.

I don't suppose there is any way of doing it without bring up a logger window?
