how do I use logo video filter?

Hi, how do I use logo video filter on Windows XP vlc 0.7.0 ?
what is this and what this filter should to do? (sorry for my english, I'm from Lihuania)
And how can I see in use any of video filters?

Create a PGN 8bits image, go to preferences loption for this filter and enter the name of that file.
Select this filter for the video output.
The logo filter should incrust (merge) the PGN image into your display video.
Use the mouse to move it around. Use the center mouse button to change transparency.

Still messing with this.

Be sure to prefs-subpictures-subpictures filter module (pulldown) -Logo Sub Filter.

Default png setting in "Preview" export of jpg produces good picture.

Good Logo.. cannot move it with track-pad/cntrl click.

numeric works, hard to tweek.
