Random Songs Will Not Play

Postby JuggernautOfWar » 13 Apr 2009 08:48

A lot of my music library will no longer play, I have no idea why. I know they aren't corrupted because they play fine in RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, and Quicktime.

I am using Windows Vista x64 and VLC version 0.9.9.

The latest version is vlc-0.9.10-git-win32. Is that it?

Alright that's working now, thanks.

Now I have another problem though. Now I can't make my default player VLC because it's just a folder with an .exe rather than being an installed application. Biggest problem of all though, my equalizer settings will not save between songs or after I shut down VLC. I need that equalizer or I'll just use Windows Media Player, no equalizer and it sounds worse.

Then you need to download the installer version http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win ... -win32.exe
