Own TV Channel?

Postby bombpersons » 10 Apr 2009 16:47

Sort of...
I was wondering if it was possible to have a playlist that could do something like explained in this thread: http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?p=288623

I could just put all my videos to random, however for the shows I have not seen, I don't want to see the last episode before I see the first. Is there any way to randomize what show is played, but keep the episodes played in order?

Ok, maybe my post was a but confusing...

Basically what I'm asking is how to make a playlist of playlists? So that I can have a playlist chosen at random, and then one item in that playlist played in the correct order, then another playlist chosen at random, one item in that playlist played in order, etc

I've tried making a playlist of playlists, but VLC only plays one of the playlists.

I don't know maybe that's confusing...

Does it work better if you force preparsing of playlists?
