.flv files have green and violet shades over image

At this site I loaded entire movie inside on-site player,then copied it from browser cache,renamed it and added .flv extension.

However,there are green and violet shades over image while file is playing.Parts of image are cloned in green or violet color and moved to the side.When I grab screenshot,picture appears fine.I opened file in another player,and there is no problem.

I uploaded file here(10 MB).

This appers on all of three versions:
-0.9.8a Grishenko
-0.9.9-rc2-20090321-0104 Grishenko
-1.0.0-git-20090316-2305 Goldeneye

Also,on official version,if I turn on Mean type of Deinterlace,problem dissapers,but then image is brighter than it should.

Maybe I`ll test it more later.
