How do I have subtitle enabled by default?

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

This is for version 0.7.0. When I load a movie with a subtitle file, the subtitle track is disabled. How do I make it automatically select track 1 everytime?

This is somewhat a bug that needs to be fixed.
I'm working on it next week.
