Bad Quality on my 22'' Widescreen(1680x1050).

So I get really bad Quality watching movies on Vlc with my 22'' Widescreen(Vista). Before I watched movies with my 19'' everything worked fine with the HD. Now its bader than Youtubes quality.

And please please if its wrong forum(I had problem choosing beetwen this one and the other one) dont remove just move it :).
Hope you can help me out :).

even i have the same problem while playing videos on my 17" inch wide screen(1440x9000). Please help

If you are both on Windows, do this:
- Reset preferences and restart VLC.
- Try to deactivate Overlay and Hardware accelerations
- Change video output to DirectX or OpenGL.
