amr sound playback

VLC plays back 3gp files' amr soundtrack superfast. However, once converted
to another format ( mp4/aac for example ) they are okay.

My VLC version is 1.0.0-git compiled on linux with mingw32 for windows.

I may have to follow up with ffmpeg and amr people, but thought I'd first
check here.
