Start Slingbox Stream from Command Line?!

Postby gp1000 » 13 Jan 2009 11:52

Anyone know how to stream out (http) using the Slingbox plugin from the command line? I am fine doing this via the wizard and manual config, but it just doesn't seem to steam out from the command prompt. I've tried a few combinations, the most likely I thought was

vlc -vvv sling: --sout='#standard{access=http,mux=asf,dst=:8080}'

The version of VLC I'm using is 0.8.6f.

Thanks.
