Don't encoding 3.33 Gb mpeg TS video file ???

Hello everybody,

I wanted encode a mpeg ts video file to mpeg PS. But it doesn't work ! The size of the file is 3.33 Gb. Why doesn't the software encode the file ? Is it so big ?

I tried encode the same video to another format as Divx, wma, but the software makes nothing. It makes just a very little file that weighs 4 Kb !
