VLC with sVCD: "could not read block 356..."

Hi there - I've made an sVCD disc from a bin/cue file combo, using Toast 6 (Macintosh). Unfortunately, when I try to play it in VLC I get this message:

vcd: could not read block 356
vcd: could not read sector 356
ps: cannot peek()

Toast has previously done the jobe fine, but has now produced this problem using two separate CD-Rs. Also, VLC plays the original BIN file absolutely fine as far as I can tell.

Any ideas to fix this problem?
