Bug: Playing Videos with VP3 Codec is choppy

Playing Videos encoded with VP3 Codec is still a little bit choppy with VLC. Maybe you can update the VP3 codec which is used in VLC.

The VP3 codec provided there isn't GPL compliant. VLC has a GPL compliant decoder for VP3 trough ffmpeg, but this decoder isn't finished 100%. If you find someone who can finish it, i'm sure the people at ffmpeg project would be very delighted with such support for their Open Source initiative.
