Different size files from different mirrors.

I downloaded the latest VLC (vlc-0.8.6i-win32.exe) twice within minutes. Each download came from a different mirror (one was Russia, I forget the other). Each was a different size, but the same filename. This doesn't seem right.

I think that jb updated the 0.8.6i windows package on the master mirror a few days ago. (yeah, that doesn't sound like the correct way to go) According to http://mirrors.videolan.org/, some mirrors didn't process that update yet.
