How to raise volume for side of a speaker (left/right)

Postby xerogabe106 » 05 Sep 2008 01:39

So I'm hard of hearing, my left hear is a bit weaker then my right ear. Most of my MP3 players have the ability to make the left speaker in my headphone a bit louder then the right. So I looked thru VLC, the VLC wiki and google and I wasn't able to find the answer. So does anyone know how to slightly raise the volume on one speaker to offset my bum ear lol It's a bit distracting when you watch/listen to something and one side is louder hehe

I thank you all ahead of time.

As far as I know this isn't possible in VLC ... but you could do it at the OS level.
