Problem with soverlay and subtitles

Postby Kale » 20 Dec 2007 17:47

I'm having trouble transcoding video with subtitles. The video is DVB-stream with dvbs subtitles. With version 0.8.5 transcoding works but I'm having trouble with 0.8.6 versions. Subtitles are not visible at all with 0.8.6d. I'm using Windows XP SP2.

The command what I'm using is:
vlc -vvv "Prisma_maa.ts" --sub-track=0 --sout="#transcode{vcodec=mp2v,vb=1024,acodec=mpga,ab=128,soverlay,scale=0.5}:standard{dst=video.mpg,access=file}"
The video can be found from ftp://streams.videolan.org/incoming/Prisma_maa.ts
