Sound Output Device

Postby com25m » 17 Sep 2007 19:33

Hi,

is it possible to change the sound output device in the VLC player, e.g. when multiple sound cards are installed or when the card has different output plugs? In Winamp you can do so, even in the WMP... but in VLC? I sticked through all menu tabs, read the manual, searched in the forum, did'nt find out anything...

Yeah I know, I could change the Windows standard sound device, but I bet there is a much more elegant way!

Thx for your help,
Sebastian

Set the preferred sound device in Windows (Use Only Default Devices). Then change the device in VLC.
