VLC v0.8.6a plays Bin file audio but not video (on vista)

Hi,

I'm trying to play a bin file on VLC (the cue file is in the same folder). All I get is sound, but not video. Also, if I click on snapshot, I get the video stream but only as long as the snapshot image is present, then is goes blank again. Now, this file can be played on DiVX, how do I get it to work on VLC?
