Seeking VideoLan professional for project.

Hi ,

Looking for VLC professional !

I want to setup a VLC configuration in my conmpany.

Who :
-knows VLC very well,
-can design/configure it for our needs and
-can eventually do some modifications and adaptations and wants to get payed for it?

Short project description :
-stream images, different video formats to h263/G711
-Real time text overlays
-Sizing of the configuration, (eg multiple similar streams, broadcast)

My company is based in Brussels.
Onsite presence would be prefered, but is not a must. ( remote access possible).

Timing : immediate
