two streams, same time?

is it possible for vlc to play tow streams and the same time. i kno vlm can handle more than one stream but dnt kno if it can play two streams at the same time

It rather depends on the bandwidth of your connection, the resolution of the video and the capabilities of your machine.

Because VLC can do what you ask, but there may be other restrictions that keep this from happeninng correctly.
