I can't load a subtitle file srt!!!

I tried to load a srt subtitle file for a video but it don't know what i need to do... in the load menu i mark the option of subtitle file, vcl load the subtitle track but it doesn't appear!!!! can somebody help me please?¿?¿?

As for 0.6.2, subtitles can only be loaded over .avi files. If you are trying with such a file, check for any strange message in the "Messages" dialog box.

Next release (0.7.0) will allow you to read subtitle files with other formats.

My problem: I can´t see subtitles .rst

With the vlc 0.6 I can see subtitles .rst, but desincronized few seconds before voice
I downloaded VLC 0.7.0-test1. Now i can´t see subtitles absolutelly.

What can I do?
