Is it ok to sell VLC application?
I mean to charge users for using VLC
i found this site: (slovak language)
videolan.sk or vlc.sk that wants around 50EUR to be able to download this program i can get here for free.

Just wanted some info / legal on this. Thank you!

If the sources are given, it might be legal.

just to add a bit to the topis - they are not charging you for the VLC but for the INFORMATION (I presume links to content) you will access with VLC.

If they have legal content to their content or not is another question, they just say "download this with info loaded".

I do not see anything illegal with this unless noone is allowed to say "Use VLC to get to us". They use VLC 1.1.9 and point out that it's a freeware.
